1. What author do you own the most books by?
Jo Rowling: 10 different books + multiple copies/editions.
2. What book do you own the most copies of?
Ummm I'm not at home right now but I think I have the most of Deathly Hallows..I should have about 5-6.
3. Did it bother you that both those questions ended with prepositions?
I'm going with Kayley, Hayley, and Matt's answer because I agree and they're awesome (which doesn't really relate...) "No. I write like I talk, and I'd honestly never say, "Of which book do you own the most copies?" That's just silly. I'm aware that sentences shouldn't end with prepositions, and that's good enough for me. "
4. What fictional character are you secretly in love with?
Hermione, Luna, Bridget and Tibby (from Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants), Lindsey (from An Abundance of Katherines), & Mel and Averi (from Bermudez Triangle)
5. What book have you read the most times in your life (excluding picture books read to children; i.e., Goodnight Moon does not count)?
God, probably The Giver and HP (dunno which book I've read the most from the series, probably HBP or SS)
6. What was your favorite book when you were ten years old?
I liked HP, but didn't love it like I do now. I looooooved The Giver at that age!
7. What is the worst book you've read in the past year?
Umm probably Frankenstein. I liked the story a lot but it was a dull read and I didn't enjoy how it was written. I may get killed for this answer lol.
8. What is the best book you've read in the past year?
Looking for Alaska <3 How I hadn't heard of John Green before 5AGs, I'll never know.
9. If you could force everyone you tagged to read one book, what would it be?
HP, Looking for Alaska, 19 Minutes, or Bermudez Triangle, probably.
10. What book would you most like to see made into a movie?
I have ALWAYS wanted The Giver to become a movie. But movies of books always suck lol.
11. What book would you least like to see made into a movie?
God, probably Looking for Alaska since the book was so amazing and the movie will never live up to it. Though I would love to see a movie made perfectly of that book, it will never happen.
12. Describe your weirdest dream involving a writer, book, or literary character.
I had a dream I met Jo Rowling and she signed my taco bell cup (don't ask) and wrote like under the lid "Dumbledore dies on page 432" about Deathly Hallows which just....is not right at all.
13. What is the most lowbrow book you've read as an adult?
I dunno...Probably Julie Anne Peters books even though I adore them they aren't as like adult...
14. What is the most difficult book you've ever read?
Little Women. I never finished it because I tried reading it in like 2nd grade...
15. What is the most obscure Shakespeare play you've seen?
I don't really like plays so I don't even remember what I've seen >.>
16. Do you prefer the French or the Russians?
This is making me seem much less nerdy since I don't read much besides YA
17. Roth or Updike?
Never read either.
18. David Sedaris or Dave Eggers?
Never read either.
19. Shakespeare, Milton, or Chaucer?
Shakespeare, I guess.
20. Austen or Eliot?
Never read either >.>
21. What is the biggest or most embarrassing gap in your reading?
I've always read but I had a loooong period where I just read HP, basically. Probably about a good...3-4 years with reading not much else.
Or
this could mean gap as in like area of literature in which case I don't really like reading classics *don't kill me* so I haven't read many. I also don't really like poetry *seriously, don't kill me.*
22. What is your favorite novel?
Half-Blood Prince, Deathly Hallows, Bermudez Triangle, and Looking for Alaska
23. Play?
Don't like plays >.>
24. Poem?
Don't read too much poetry. Most of what I know, I hear during John Green's BlogTV shows lol.
25. Essay?
A Modest Proposal is the first that springs to mind
26. Work of nonfiction?
Does Harry, A History count?
27. Who is your favorite writer?
Jo.
28. Who is the most overrated writer alive today?
I believe that would have to be Stephenie Meyer. I just can't jump on the "ZOMG TWILIGHT! ZOMG EDWARD IS SO AMAZING!" bandwagon...
29. What is your desert island book?
Probably DH or HBP...
30. And... what are you reading right now?
19 Minutes by Jodi Picoult

I'm bored and felt like blogging...Ever just feel like you wanted to think things through either by talking to someone or writing it down? I was feeling like that but didn't have anyone to call so basically I've decided to use my blog as a way to think through what I am currently doing.
I'm moving into my dorm room in less than 2 weeks. This is nuts. I've been putting together frames with pictures of my dogs and other things from Azkatraz and concerts and such and figuring out what posters I want to put up. I bought this gorgeous poster of the UK adult cover of HBP. Gahh I can't wait til I get it, I'm so in love <3. Now I am currently making lists of what to bring with me in hopes that I can narrow it down to a managable number.
Some things are just down right for sure coming like all my HP books and dvds (well, not all but a copy of each book and dvd) and all my Friends dvds. Other things, however, I would like to bring but I don't know if I need to bring. I'm still living about 20-25 minutes from my house and my sister goes to the same school and is living at home--if I ever really want a book/dvd, I can ask her to bring it up to me or just wait til I go home next and pick it up.
Despite knowing this, I'm having trouble deciding what to bring and what to leave. I feel secure knowing that if I want to randomly reread a book or watch something, it's in my room and I'm able to pick it up to read/watch easily. The idea that I may have a time where I want to watch/read something that's at my house when I'm in my dorm irks me.
My problem with dvds are my tv shows. I have all 7 seasons of Gilmore Girls, all 10 of Friends, 1 of Jon and Kate Plus Eight, one 18 Kids and Counting (don't laugh), one Gossip Girl, 4 and soon to be 5 seasons of Medium, etc. These take up a LOT of room. And I only have a 4-shelf bookcase.
Books are hard because I reread books so often that I can't just bring new books that are on my two read list. The only thing I'm able to go off of it which I've reread recently and therefore am unlikely to read again until the fall. Books like Bermudez Triangle and My Sister's Keeper.
At this moment I have a list of 18 dvds, 14 seasons, and 18 books. College is difficult.
